We are looking for volunteers to join the Greengrid Taskforce!

The Greengrid Taskforce is a great opportunity for anyone
interested in conservation and the environment to get involved with
their local area. We organise practical task days across South
Essex, where anyone can get involved.
Typical work could include scrub clearance, coppicing, litter
picking, tree planting and gardening on sites ranging from
community gardens to school ground improvements to park
refurbishments.
Conservation work can keep you fit and improve your mental health. You can learn more about your local nature and wildlife, whilst getting training in practical techniques and meeting new people.
This is an opportunity for young volunteers to help with our Greengrid Taskforce blog.
We need volunteers to produce written reports, photographs, artwork or videos of our events that we can include in our Greengrid Taskforce blog, so that people across South Essex can find information about what we are doing.
If you're a young person living in South Essex and have an interest in journalism, photography, art or the environment, why not get involved?
